Tips on Preventative Maintenance!

While you’re checking the roof it’s a great idea to also check the sealant around your windows and doors. Keep in mind R.P.M – Roof Preventative Maintenance. This is important; to keep your slide from leaking, slide seals can shrink and deteriorate which can cause another pesky leak – ONLY $75

On Travel Trailers, wheel bearings should be repacked every six to seven thousand miles to prevent brake and axle failure – $280

Stoves, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, and Furnaces should have burners cleaned once a year and serviced – $175

Coils can become clogged with dirt, dust, or pollen and cause A/C premature failure – $225
